General Return Pointers

Eligibility Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and sealed condition. Cosmetics and perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested will not qualify for a return or refund unless the return is due to damage or an incorrect item received.
Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.

Return Procedure

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, you must follow the steps below:

  1. Download the Form: Download, print, and fill out our official Refund & Exchange Form completely.
  2. Inclusion: You must include the fully completed, printed Refund & Exchange Form along with the item(s) you are returning. Items received without a form may experience significant delays or be rejected.
  3. Shipping Address: Please ship your return package to the following address.

Shipping Fees and Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer will bear the full shipping fee and cost of sending the goods back to [Your Business Name] (Kaaf Personal Care). We recommend using a traceable courier service as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Original Shipping: The original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.

Refund Processing & Timeline

Processing Time: Once your returned package is received by our Returns Department, it will take up to 14 working days for the inspection and refund process to be completed.
Notification: Once the refund is successfully issued, you will be notified promptly through your registered email address and mobile number.
Refund Method: In the case of an accepted return, the accepted amount will be transferred exclusively to the bank account details provided by you on the Refund & Exchange Form.

Right to Accept or Reject Claims
